This is also another very bad website when i first clicked onto it BAM colour everywhere you really do not have a clue where to look first. After you have got over the colour spasm in your face you slowly realise what the website is about, but first you have to get over all the bad subtitles which again are all different colours and sizes then from this if you have stayed on the website long enough you get to the actual writing which blends into the background. From this the background is really horrible and destracts you from the website it's self.

Bad websites
http://www.havenworks.com/
This is a link to one of the worst websites you will ever see.
The main problems with this website is that everything is way to jumbled and when you look at the page you can not find anything. Also the colours on the page are to bright and hurt YOUR EYES, and also all the sub headings are all different fonts and sizes to confuse matters worse. Also all language is in English with no links to other language websites so this will not help people who do not speek English.
The main emages are also to small to see along with the writing if you suffer with dyslexia this would be one of the worce websites in the world to go on maybe because your brain will explode.
I have also found that there is no order to the website what so ever it jumps from one thing to another and also the writing.

legal and ethical constraints
Legal and Ethical Constraints
· Dater protraction act
· Computer misuse act
· Obscene publication act
Dater protection act
The dater protection act is the storage of any dater you may give out, after giving dater out like personal information this has to be confidential to the company that you gave the dater to. If this dater gets into the wrong hands this means the company will be breaking the act. There is a penalty to this but it all depends on what is broken.
As an individual you have the rights under the dater protection act to get access, compensation and the prevention of processing.
Computer misuse act
The computer misuse act is based on if anyone uses a computer to secure information or dater held in a computer, this is just like hacking information and also making viruses for computers, the main penalty if you get caught doing this is up to five years imprisonment.
Obscene publications act
The obscene publications act is to prevent any obscene imagery and language aloud on the internet of television. The penalty if caught downloading this is six months imprisonment if caught uploading the images its two years imprisonment.
If you have any problems with any images on any websites or television commercials all you have to do is complain and if it has the right amount of complaints it will get taken off the site, this happened to the well known Shenell Perfume because in the television commercial they showed a dead woman.
· Racial act
· Disability act
Racial act
The racial act is to provide that on television or the internet that there are no racial images to cause any disagreement with any person. This means that it has to soot every person; this includes gender, age and race.
Disability act
This act is to help out disabled people in any way possible. This could include people with learning difficulties i.e. dyslexia, hearing impairments and vision impairments.
People with dyslexia find it hard to spell and sometimes find it hard to stare at a white screen for a long time so to help with this some computers are programmed to have a coloured screen to help with this and also if reading long paragraphs there would be a tool to make the computer read out what the paragraph says this will also help the visually impaired. To help people with hearing impairments you may have a signer if it’s on the television or if on the internet there will be subtitles to explain how to work things.
· Copyright act
Copyright act
The copyright act is to allow people to make rights of the own work i.e. Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse, this means if anyone was to take the creation of Mickey Mouse and use it to sell anything like a shoe or cloths Disney could take them to cough over this. Copyright also means that the author of the work may have control of and profit from the work. The copyright law also lasts up to between fifty to a hundred years after the author’s death, or a finity period for anonymous or corporate authorship.
This is also very closely based on the designers rights act.

The data protection act is the storage and handling of personal data.A company who handles data must make sure the data is
The data is up to date.
The data is relevant to what it is used for.

The data can not
Not kept longer than necessary

Fair and lawfully processed.
Not transferred to other countries without adequate protection.
If the data protection act is broken the you could face a fine or jail.
The data protection act can be related to the design world by if you had your own online shop and a customer was to pay for a piece of work online you are responsible for there card detail and then protecting it so no body Else can get hold of it.
The Computer Misuse Act.
This deals with viruses, hacking and copying, downloading illegal software/ unlicensed and unauthorised computer access. so it is to do with protected the computer system as a whole than just data. The best way to get around this is to have a strong computer policy with consequence making employees know that they can download stuff onto the works computer system. Also by training the staff and to get them into the habits of creating this like a decent password and locking or logging of the computer when they are not using it.
Obscene Publications
This is about suitable content for an audience. While there is some legal status to this area it is about ethics and peoples opinion on what is suitable.
You would not want blood guts and scenes of a mature nature being aimed at a young audience or be shown pre watershed on the television. As this may upset and offend certain people and should be shown or used else where.
So you need to try make everyone who see a poster or what not happy especial if it is for the public to see.
Regulators like Ofcom and the Advertising Standards Agency monitor this type of thing making sure what is suitable or not. If a publication gets so many complaints then it would be taken of the air.
What games and certainly films do is give them rating on ages that think are suitable for that film.
The one in Britain is the BBFC, British Board of Film Classification. In which they decide what is suitable for certain ages. they also do dvd and games. Though it should be noted that it does not stop buying someone buying/ getting hold of an 18 rated game who age is only seven.
Also the obscene Publication act deals with how somebody may react to a game, poster etc. If a game makes someone go out there in the real world and start killing people, i.e the game Manhunt which got banned because of this. Also games like Grand Theft Auto cause controversy every time a new game comes out due to its mature content and idea of just running over people for fun!
There are many media arguments weather or not that the films/ games etc do effect our mind or if the people who seemed to be affected to already be unstable. So may say that this argument of i saw it on a film to an easy way of getting out of it. While there is strong and weak evidence for and against both sides the regulators can not take any chances.
Disability
Making sure everybody can follow and see, hear what is going on.
People who are deaf you would have subtitles, or a signer so they can understand what is going on.
Blind people would introduce braille, and a reader, some sort of audio version.
People who find it hard to see may have a bigger size font.
Designers point of view you could have a custom keyboard with bigger keys so the letter can be printed bigger, or by having more colours and possibly a different layout to the qwerty.
Racial
This is ethical and can be about colour, religion and what not. Your work can not be bias in a way towards a certain group of people. it can not encourage racism and discrimination.
